Cancellation Policy

​Cancellations ​ - Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge before 11am one working day prior to the appointment If you "no show" or cancel after 11am one working day prior to the appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. - The same policy applies for all prepaid session packages.   Emergencies can happen to anyone, at any time. If you need to cancel an appointment at very short notice for reasons of genuine emergency, it is very important to advise the practitioner as soon as possible. In such circumstances the practitioner may not ask for a cancellation fee. ​ Late arrival ​ The time allocated for your session is reserved especially for you. Therefore, being on time for your session is necessary. Please bear in mind that if you do arrive late for an appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time and you will be charged the full session fee.  ​ Pre-Paid Session Packages ​ If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre- payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-paid packages and they are not transferable to other individuals or clinics. ​ Cancellations of any pre-paid sessions are subject to the Cancellation policy above. ​ Prepaid session packages have a 6 months expiry date.   By purchasing pre-paid session packages, you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
